What we'll EDIT
We'll look at what's working, what's not, what's taking up too much space - and what you actually want more of.Together, we'll make some small but meaningful edits, creating more clarity, calm and direction around the life you're living now and the life you want next.

YOUR FOCUS
Your Personal Edit is completely tailored to you.It might be your:Time - where's it going and whether it's being spent on what matters.Energy - what's draining you and what gives something back.Priorities - what's genuinely important now, rather than what used to be.Life - the ares that feel a little stuck, neglected or out of balance.Next - what you want from this next chapter and what's getting in the way.
Life and Style 50
And sometimes...
...it's simply about getting out of your own head and having someone who can see things clearly with you.NO HUGE LIFE OVERHAUL.NO RIGID PROGRAMME.NO TELLING YOU WHAT YOU SHOULD DO.Just thoughtful, practical conversations and clarity: small edits that make sense for your life.

About me
I've always been the person people come to when they don't know what to do next.
I'm naturally curious. I notice things. I see patterns. I can usually see what isn't working, what could be better and , importantly, what needs to happen next. And I've spent years using that instinct to help other people.I started out working with small business owners and start ups, helping them get clear on their businesses, their priorities and their next move.
I mentored people within businesses - helping them find clarity, build confidence, solve problems and move forward when they felt stuck. But over the years, I realised something. The same skills that help someone sort out a business can be incredibly powerful when you apply them to life. And that's where The Edit came from.I KNOW THIS STAGE OF LIFE.I'm 58.
I'm married, have two grown up children, a busy life, a lovely home, good friends, holidays and plenty
to be grateful for.On paper I have a very good lifeBut like so many women at this stage, Ive also found myself asking:What now?The children grow up. Your priorities change. Your energy changes. Your body changes. The things that once mattered quite so much don't always matter in the same way anymore.
And suddenly, you have more freedom — but perhaps less clarity about what you actually want to do with it.I've experienced the overwhelm that comes from trying to do everything, the pressure of always being the capable one, and the realisation that constantly pushing harder isn't necessarily the answer.I've had to learn to slow down.
To be more present.
To stop trying to make everything perfect.
And to recognise that sometimes the biggest change comes from making a few small, intentional edits rather than blowing everything up and starting again.I'M NOT HERE TO TELL YOU HOW TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.That's not my style.I'm not interested in giving you a list of things you should be doing.
I want to ask better questions.
To listen.
To challenge you when you need challenging.
To help you see what you might not be seeing yourself.
And then to help you turn that clarity into something practical.
Because knowing what you want is one thing.
Actually doing something about it is another.
That's where I can help.WHY ME?Because I understand ambitious women.
I'm one of them.
I'm naturally a planner. I'm driven. I'm a problem-solver. I like things done properly. And I've also learned what happens when you take that mentality too far.
So I understand the woman who is perfectly capable of running a business, organising a family, managing a home and keeping everyone else moving — but has somehow put herself somewhere near the bottom of the list.
I understand the woman who isn't looking for someone to rescue her.
She just wants someone to help her see things differently. That's what I bring.Clarity. Perspective. Practicality. A bit of challenge when it's needed.THIS IS THE EDITI don't believe you need to become a completely different person.
You probably don't need a new life.
You might just need to edit the one you've already got.
A few things to stop.
A few things to start.
A few things to make space for.
And perhaps a little help deciding what comes next. That's why I created The Personal Edit. For women who know there's more they want from this next chapter — but aren't quite sure what that looks like yet.If that sounds like you, I'd love to help you work it out.THE PERSONAL EDITPrivate one-to-one support, designed around you, your life and your next chapter.Karen MM xx

IS THE PERSONAL EDIT FOR YOU?
This is for you if...You have a good life - but you know there are things you'd like to change. You feel you've reached a point where what worked before doesn't necessarily work now. You're successful and capable, but perhaps a little stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what you want from this next chapter. You've got plenty of ideas, but struggle to turn them into action. You're ready to stop putting things off until “someday.”
You want someone who will listen, understand and give you a different perspective — but won't simply tell you what you want to hear. And you're prepared to actually do something with the conversations we have.

Life and Style 50
what it's isn't
This isn't a magic wand.It isn't someone telling you how to live your life.It isn't endless talking without action. And it isn't for someone looking for a quick fix while continuing to do exactly the same things. You don't need to have it all figured out.You just need to be open, honest, willing to look at things differently — and committed to making some changes.BECAUSE THE BEST EDITS HAPPEN WHEN WE BOTH SHOW UP.I only work with a small number of women at a time, so I want to make sure The Personal Edit is the right fit for both of us.If it sounds like you, you can leave your details to be considered for the next available space.
